Refund policy

At Respectez Le Code, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Our return policy is designed to be fair and accommodating, addressing various situations that may arise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take a moment to review our policy below:

Before placing an order, please carefully review our size guides and product descriptions to ensure the correct fit and style. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges and Store Credit

If you require a different size or item, we offer exchanges or store credit. Contact us for assistance and we will provide a prepaid shipping label with additional instructions.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item in your order is damaged, missing or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label with additional instructions for the return in these instances, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, using either their preferred shipping method and label, or our provided return label. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If our provided shipping label is used, a flat rate of $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping.

As a token of gratitude for continuing to shop with us, a 10% bonus will be added to the refund amount if a customer chooses to receive a store credit for returned items that are otherwise eligible for a refund. Store credit does not expire.

Return/Exchange Process
For assistance with a return or exchange, contact us at getintouch@rlcgear.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue for a prompt response. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the shipping label is sent by us, items must be dispatched and received by the carrier within seven calendar days to be eligible for return or exchange. 

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of order delivery. We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges if items are not in original condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns and issuing refunds. Please note it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at getintouch@rlcgear.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as gift cards or items marked as final sale.

Please refer to the refund policy specific to the event for which you purchased tickets, as different events may have unique refund conditions and timelines. Contact us for event-related refund inquiries.
